Matthew Roston received a Bachelor of Arts from Pitzer College and his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School. Mr. Roston has been admitted to practice in all California State Courts, the Central District of California, the Northern District of California, the Southern District of California, the Eastern District of California, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Executive Office of Immigration Review.

 

At Roston Legal Group, Mr. Roston actively supports the firm’s vibrant employment and personal injury departments. Mr. Roston has successfully litigated numerous cases involving unlawful employment practices, wrongful terminations and complex personal injury actions from pre-trial resolution through trial.  Mr. Roston represents individuals against employers and large corporate entities, and relies on his prior experience representing corporations, insurance and Fortune 500 companies to obtain optimal results.   

 

Mr. Roston is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.

Mr. Roston has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2016 through 2020.
